Unfortunately, the show’s creators have not yet confirmed whether there will be a return of Plastic Memories Season 2 or not. However, some theories suggest the possibility of returning this anime show. From the recent activity of the writer we can tell ,he is still aware of this show, so I think he won’t let this show end.

And the other reason is, the production house noticed its huge fan following, and also noticed the fans who wish for a new season are still wandering around on the internet. So we expect an extension of the first season or an alternate finale at the very least.
